Synchronous Training, which is with an instructor leading a training either face-to-face or live virtually, and we can be eyeball-to-eyeball with our participants to check for understanding.
Office Minded Asynchronous, which is an on-demand tool that you can use just like you would on Google, but it's much more focused.
