Transformative Technical Training Takes Translation

In order to have a digital transformation, employees must see a need/opportunity to improve - and make those improvements in their everyday work. 1) They don't always know what they COULD change. 2) When they know what they could change, they don't always know the right questions to ASK to make a change. 3) When they do ask, they may learn a concept, but don't know how to APPLY that concept to their work. That's where the translation of a technical training expert comes in.

This session will explore various scenarios to illustrate how training helps move employees along the change curve.
